Welcome! I'm an innovative and experienced economist, passionate to address complex challenges in the developing world. Currently based in Paris, France, I have high level practical and academic experience, and produce sustainable data-driven, evidence-based solutions. I've worked with developing country governments, UN agencies, INGOS, universities and local communities.

Economic Advice
My expertise includes economic modelling, value-added analysis and Designed and delivered statistical applications that drive sustainable policy development. I have advised clients in the public and private sectors in Africa and Europe.

Statistical Analysis
I have the expertise to make statistics user-friendly, to ensure my clients get high quality data, enabling them to formulate evidence-based policy. I have worked with clients at local, national and continental levels including on national censuses.

Policy Development
With exceptional academic qualifications from the UK and US, I have a deep understanding of social and political as well as economic policy. My work has covered trade, transport, urbanisation, inequality, gender and climate change.

Stakeholder Engagement
Policy changes require stakeholder buy-in. I have engaged with governments, civil society, private sector and local communities in challenging settings in developing countries to ensure effective policy implementation.

Data & Research
I have expertise and experience in the full range of quantitative and qualitative research techniques, with projects at Yale University and the London School of Economics, the Economic Commission for Africa and the World Bank.

Project Management
For management of complex projects I have developed a range of digital tools, including most recently, a customised app. I complement this digital management by using my people skills to lead, mentor and support staff face-to-face and online.
